These terms apply when you use the Aussie Painters SA website ("the site") or submit an enquiry through it. By using the site you agree to these terms.

About us

Aussie Painters SA is a residential painting business based in Adelaide, South Australia. We are fully licensed and insured. The site is operated to help South Australian homeowners book a no-obligation site visit and quote.

Information on the site

We work hard to make sure the information on the site is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error. Information about pricing, lead times, services and guarantees is indicative only — your final quote and any "repaint it free" guarantee are governed by the written contract you sign with us.

Quote requests

Submitting the form is a request for a free site visit, not a binding contract for work. No work begins until you receive a written quote from us, agree to it, and sign the contract.

Guarantee

The "repaint it free + $100 Bunnings voucher" guarantee referenced on the site is a contractual commitment that appears, in writing, in every quote we ask you to sign. The full terms of the guarantee — including scope, the rectification process and the trigger for the voucher — are set out in that contract. Nothing on the site forms part of the guarantee until it is in your signed contract.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and designs on the site are owned by Aussie Painters SA or used with permission. You may share links to the site but must not copy, reproduce or republish content without our written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, except as provided by the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
